Chappell, Smith & Associates [CS&A] has been handling aircraft insurance, airport liability coverage, pilot life insurance, and coverage for helicopters, corporate aircraft, private aircraft, regional airlines, and charter companies for more than 130 years. CS&A was founded in Nashville in 1891 as Buell & Crockett Insurance; in 1936, partner Paul W. Turner began the agency’s long relationship with aviation insurance.
