Personal and commercial lines insurance company Confie announced yesterday the acquisition of three insurance brokerages in Florida, Illinois, and Nevada. All three agencies focus on non-standard auto insurance products.

The acquisitions are hoped to strengthen the company’s markets where it currently has retail locations. Confie has completed 14 acquisitions for 2016 to date.

The three agencies acquired are Absolute Insurance Agency, Inc. (founded 1989) in Miami, BMR Agency, LLC dba First Stop Insurance (founded 2009) in Washington Park, and Osorio and Family, LLC dba CityWide Insurance (founded 2011) in Las Vegas.

"We are excited to add three well-established agencies across the country that augment key markets where we already have a strong presence,” said Confie Chief Executive Officer Valeria Rico. “We continue to seek out additional agencies that will add to our retail locations and further serve our customers."

In June, Confie had acquired ExpressLink, Inc.; a provider of auto dealer point of sale insurance and related products and services.

At present, Confie has over 700 retail locations across the country, and generates annual revenues of approximately $500 million.
