A hiring crisis in the insurance industry is imminent. Most in the workforce are now over 40, and the average age is even higher among independents.
The key, of course, is hiring young, talented people. But last year, just 18% of insurance agencies surveyed by IBA said they were prepared to meet the challenges of an impending talent gap.
