National property/casualty franchise network Brightway Insurance continues its expansion with the opening of new offices in Arizona and Georgia.

Brightway’s new business in the Grand Canyon State is located in Phoenix and is owned by veteran insurance agent Shauna Summ. It opened on November 14.

On the same day, Brightway also opened in Kennesaw, Georgia, a new agency owned by Mo Hassan, whose uncle also owns a Brightway agency in Florida.

Hassan said opening a Brightway agency would be a great fit for him and for the people in his community.

“We’re thrilled to have Mo Hassan and Shauna Summ as our newest Brightway Agency Owners,” said Brightway President, Talman Howard.

“Shauna has a solid reputation for providing expert counsel to her customers, and Mo is a real go-getter who has a passion for running his own business and being an integral part of his community,” he added.

Howard said a team of experts will provide support to Summ and Hassan through customer service, carrier relationships, marketing, accounting and technology.

This will allow the two new Brightside owners to “focus on taking the time to get to know each of their customers and finding them the right insurance solutions,” Howard said.

Brightway agencies offer customized home, condo, renters, auto, flood, motorcycle, boat, ATV, umbrella, business and life insurance policies. It is the seventh largest privately held personal lines independent insurance agency in the US.
