Last month, Insurance Business America gave readers the opportunity to tell the carrier community just what they value in their offerings. Hundreds responded, offering fascinating insights into where carriers are doing well and where they need to improve. 

Based on preliminary results of our latest survey the ‘competitive rates’ and ‘education and training’ categories are where carriers perform the worst, while ‘technology and automation’ has generated the most comments from producers. 

Unfortunately, Wednesday September 24th, 2014 is the last day we will be accepting responses so hurry before time runs out!
